To access the custom fields section of your employees’ vCards, you must first go to the admin platform: admin.bizzcardz.eu and log in as your company administrator. Then, just click on the Custom Fields link in the Settings menu at the top.

You can define up to 5 custom fields. None of these fields is mandatory. These custom fields can be filled in at the employee information level which means that the values of these fields will be customizable for each vCard. As in the example below, we have defined 5 custom fields namely facebook, twitter, youtube, instagram and TikTok and the impact on the employee form.

Once the fields are filled in, click the Save Changes button.
