Before anything on the BizzCardz admin platform, you must configure your company settings. These settings will initialize some data for your employees.
Log in as an administrator on https://admin.bizzcardz.ai/en and once logged in, in the top menu, click on Settings to expand and then on General information.
On the form page that is displayed, you have different fields to fill in:
- Logo: Choose a logo that represents the company. Recommendation: an image with square dimensions, i.e. with a 1:1 ratio. Supported formats are jpg, jpeg, png
- Name: Type your company name in this field
- Type of activity: fill in this field with the type of activity that the company carries out. If the company carries out several types of activities, you can list them separated by a comma
- Website: if the company has a website, type the address of this website here
- Mailing Address: Type the mailing address of the company
- Postcode: enter the company postcode
- City: the city where the company is located
- Country: the country where the company is located
- Telephone: fill in the professional telephone here to contact the company
Email Address: Enter the valid business email address of the company
After you finish filling, you click on the Save Changes button to save the changes made.
