If your company has subsidiaries, BizzCardz allows you to add them for easier and more practical management. We will assume that you are already logged in as an administrator to the BizzCardz admin platform. In the top menu, click on Data to open it and then click on Subsidiaries. In the page that is displayed, you have the list of your subsidiaries if you have added any beforehand. To add a subsidiary, click on the +Add subsidiary button as shown in the screenshot below.
A form appears with the details to fill in:
- Logo: you can choose a logo if the relevant subsidiary has one. We recommend an image with square dimensions, i.e. with a 1:1 ratio. Supported formats are jpg, jpeg, png.
- Name: This is the branch name
- Type of activity: please list, separated by commas, the activities that are taken into account in this subsidiary
- Website: You can put the main company website, subsidiary website or direct web link
- Postal address: type the mailing address
- Postcode: fill in the zip code
- City: the city where the branch is located
- Country: the country where the subsidiary is located
- Phone: the professional telephone which allows to contact the subsidiary concerned
- Email: the professional email address that allows you to contact the subsidiary concerned
After filling in the details, you can click the Add Subsidiary button. If everything went well, you will have a confirmation of addition.
